What are the delivery charges?

There are no delivery costs for digital content. For physical products such as favourite items and books, delivery costs are based on the weight of the package and the prices of the delivery service provider. All costs are shown at a glance before you order so you know exactly how much you are paying.

Which payment options are offered?

Currently we accept Paypal and bank transfer. For the future we will introduce further payment options.

How long does the delivery take?

In the course of Corona, the post office takes a little longer, so we indicate shipping for our products with 3 to 5 working days.

How secure is the shop? Are my data safe?

The transmission with our server is protected by a SSL certificate. Your data is protected from access by third parties. Your data will be saved for the processing of your orders.

What happens after the order?

In the case of digital products, these are directly available for use. Physical products are shipped directly after receipt of payment.

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

Of course you will receive an invoice, which will be sent to you by e-mail. If these are lost, you can download your invoices again at any time from your customer account.
